----McDermott Cue

McDermott Cue is a 65,000 SF manufacturing facility of billiard supplies, located in Menomonee Falls WI. This masonry facility utilizes a ribbed block and full height window panels. Trim colors were used to match the company colors.

----Omega Industrial Products

Omega Industrial Products is a 24,000 SF manufacturing facility, located in Saukville WI. This Thermomass facility utilizes the Trump L "Oeil" effect around the windows and includes a recessed canopy entrance. The fabrication area includes a 7.5 ton overhead bridge crane, and clearstory windows to provide natural lighting for a more appealing workspace.

----C&S Building

The C&S building is a 56,342 SF multi-tenant facility located in Slinger WI. This 24 feet high facility is complimented with an attractive glass block atrium at the entrance of the prime tenant location.

----Theresa Town Hall

The Theresa Town Hall is a 10,000 SF facility. This building houses the town garage as well as all town offices and meeting room. This facility boasts a full kitchen, and a clear span meeting room for a column free area.

----Dash Medical Gloves

The Dash Medical Gloves building is a 28,000 SF office/warehouse facility located in Franklin, WI. This facility incorporates the "Trump L'Oeil" effect into its tilt-up wall panels. This was done around the windows and along the buildings length. This effect gives the impression that the windows appear to be recessed from the face of the panel.

Alterra On Humboldt

This project is a 27,000 s.f. facility which will play host to retail space as well as a roasting house for Alterra Coffee Roasters.  This project is utilizing some very interesting architectural details to create a historic looking building.  This facility will no doubt be the focal point of the surrounding area.

----Layton Petro Mart

This project is a 5,000 s.f. convenience store/gas station/ and car wash facility located in Greenfield, WI.  The architectural design of this store will set it apart from your average convenience store that you typically see.  This is the first of many stores with this design in the Milwaukee metro area.

----Aquinas Academy

Named after St. Thomas Aquinas, the patron saint of education, the Aquinas Academy is a 15,000 SF private parochial school located in Menomonee Falls WI. This building incorporates the Scott Brick System into the tilt-up wall panels as well as a sandblast finish around the windows to simulate limestone. This building also includes a standing seam roof, with dormer windows, and a covered entry for student loading and unloading.

----Franklin Education and Community Center

The Franklin Education and Community Center is a 17,622 SF facility located in Franklin WI. This facility houses all administrative as well as maintenance aspects for the Franklin Public School District. It also includes a meeting room for the school board which doubles as a community room that can be partitioned off into three separate areas. This building incorporates a "dimple" finish look in the band of windows, which is to simulate split face block.

----American Tissue Mills of Neenah

American Tissue Mills of Neenah is a 252,100 SF facility built in Menasha WI. This 24 feet high facility was built in two phases and had to be constructed under an existing overhead conveyor system between two separate facilities. A conveyor spur from the overhead conveyor above was dropped into the building as well as a railroad spur was designed to run thru the facility.

Westview Packaging

This project is a 68,000 s.f. warehouse/packaging/office facility for Westview Packaging located in the Hastings MN. Industrial Park.  This project will provide the owner with space much needed for their growing business.

---F. Dohmen Co.

The F. Dohmen company, located in Germantown WI., is a 45,000 SF tilt-up facility used as a warehouse and distribution center. An addition to a steel structure, it provided no access large enough for construction vehicles once the walls were in place during construction. This problem was solved by creating an extra door large enough for vehicles. A plug was then cast and placed to fill the opening near the end of construction.

----Oshkosh Cold Storage

Oshkosh Cold Storage is a 15,754 S.F. freezer facility. This project utilized the Thermomass insulation system for the concrete tilt-up wall panels. This facility includes two independent freezer rooms as well as shipping and sampling areas.

This 16,784 S.F. Cooler/Freezer facility is the second addition constructed for Oshkosh Cold Storage by C.E. Doyle in the last two years.

----Pacon Corporation

The PACON Corporation is a 128,600 SF warehouse facility located in Grand Chute WI. This 32 feet high tilt-up facility incorporated the company logo cast into the panels. It also required the tilt-up wall panels to be cast outside face up on roller compacted concrete, which is not typical for tilt-up construction. The wall panels were water blasted shortly after the concrete was poured to provide a uniform exposed aggregate finish.

----Sullivan Dental

Sullivan Dental is a 48,000 SF tilt-up facility located in West Allis WI. This facility is used as office and warehouse space. This building included a loading dock area which allowed for an entire semi tractor and trailer to back into the dock and be in an enclosed area once the doors were closed.

Tom's Quality Millwork

This project is a 75,000 s.f warehouse addition to Tom's Quality Millwork.  This metal frame and tilt-up addition will provide additional storage area for this company's growing needs.
