The F. Dohmen company, located in Germantown WI., is a 45,000 SF tilt-up facility used as a warehouse and distribution center. An addition to a steel structure, it provided no access large enough for construction vehicles once the walls were in place during construction. This problem was solved by creating an extra door large enough for vehicles. A plug was then cast and placed to fill the opening near the end of construction.
