This 16,784 S.F. Cooler/Freezer facility is the second addition constructed for Oshkosh Cold Storage by C.E. Doyle in the last two years. This facility is constructed very similar to the last addition with the exception of the common demising wall is removed and replace with a beam and column system to provide for one large open room. Dock and shipping area have also been placed on the north side of the building to facilitate shipping and receiving as well as keep the exisitng dock open during construction. As fast track schedule has been implemented and construction began just two weeks after discussions for construction with the owner began.
