This 19,560 S.F. Cooler facility is the third addition constructed for Oshkosh Cold Storage by C.E. Doyle in the last two years. This facility is constructed utilizing only 4 inches of insulation in the wall panels.  It also incorporated a joist and deck roof structure versus a precast system.  As fast track schedule has been implemented and construction began just two weeks after discussions for construction with the owner began.
