This project is a 75,000 s.f warehouse addition to Tom's Quality Millwork. This metal frame and tilt-up addition will provide additional storage area for this company's growing needs. A four hour rated wall was required along the east side of the building due to lot line restrictions. Tilt-up was the method of choice chosen to meet these requirements.
